 A Sample list of what we did last season:

• Window-well replacement: Changed out and/or added a large number of window-wells and egress wells. Usually a taller/deeper well was needed for proper site drainage. We also custom built several large wells out of landscape timbers.
• Landscape tear-outs: Removed mulch, bushes, trees, shrubs, sidewalks, etc. Most times we repaired and re-seeded the area or prepped it for replacement features.
• Pavers: Prepped many paver installations. We removed the sod and soil, then added and compacted the gravel and sand, using laser techmology to attain the exact desired slope. Usually the customer placed the actual pavers, saving at least 50% over hiring a complete installation. We saved one customer over $5,000.00!!
• Damp basement remediation: Added topsoil around foundations where backfill had settled. Laser-graded yards to facilitate proper runoff away from residences.
• Topsoil distribution and lawn repair: Repaired and seeded damaged lawns, added topsoil around new concrete and around new buildings.
• Finish Grading: Did the final grade, following large dozers, on several projects, and also put the finishing touches on remodeling projects.
• Driveway, lane, and parking lot repair: Resurfaced several large gravel/rock parking lots, including pothole repair. Repaired and resurfaced many rock and gravel driveways.
• Postholes: All sizes from 12 to 36 inches in diameter and up to 7 feet deep.
• New lawns: Tore up, laser-graded, and reseeded several rough, bumpy yards, making them much smoother, safer, and user friendly.
• Small building pads: Laser-graded pads for small buildings, gazebos, and patios.
• Subcontractor work: We work for some of the largest and most prestigious contractors in the nation. They have found that the quality of our work is often better and more cost effective than if their own crews did the work.

 This is just a small sampling of the kinds of work we can do. If it can be done, we can do it!!
